it happens on bms_sector_n_final sometimes

it sometimes appears when i download an addon while playing or restarting the map, it also sometimes appeared on other maps that i have. like half life resized maps, gm_construct and flatgrass. maybe its midgame workshop hotloader.

and it happens when i left click and right click on my mouse. first time i saw it, was when i played Half-Life Resized Maps. then that bms_sector_n_final.

maybe some of my addons conflict with this one. i can only think about zeta players... after i removed them from map that issue appeared. also it appeared sometimes when i restart map.
