Probably you have the wrong gamemode installed /activated

You guy's should check you have the carter's addon pack installed, if you don't get it here. https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=180077636 and it will also require cap_fonts and wiremod. It shows you how to install it on their website.

IF STARGATES ARE NOT SHOWING UP :
-Go inside CAP Settings (Garry's mod Menu, Right side, Stargate TAB)
-Inside Stargate Convars tab
-Enable Gatespawners
-Restart map if necessary
