The 3 hex gym shows "0<icon_No maintenance> where the item required for maintenance appears. See this screenshot:

I built the Arcology Complex spire in one of my domes and and can't build another one in a new dome. It's just not in the menu at all now. Is that intended or a bug?

Hm I thought I fixed that, I didn't have it anymore when testing (with the maintenance)

For the Arcology... it should not be limited. That is very weird. I have to check.

Had another issue pop up with the gym. I placed one in a new dome and it was showing that it was out of range of a drone hub, (which it obviously wasn't). So I destroyed it to hopefully fix the glitch by rebuilding it. The drones came by and recovered the resources but now I don't have the option or ability to demolish the building. Not even with the salvage tool.

What is even happening

So there might be something messed up with my save or something.. not sure what is going on. The no drone commander icon starting popping up on several of the buildings in the dome. Including the vanilla ones. I changed the service area of the drone hub nearby and that seems to have fixed that issue. But still can't do anything with the gym. I'll let you know if anything changes.

If you can then upload your save somewhere so I can have a look at it.

Sure I can do that. I saved it just when the no drone hub glitch was happening again.

Do you know where I can find the save file? Checked in the obvious place:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Surviving Mars\AppData\Save
but the only thing there is a file called account.dat.

Nevermind found it. It's in %APPDATA%\Surviving Mars\

The bug with <icon_no_maintenance> I got fixed.

The Arcology complex is because you didn't have the tech. In the last update I changed it so it requires the Arcology tech to unlock. When I researched it in your game I got it available to build again.

With the Gym scrapping... I could not reproduce it in new games or loaded games. And that whole "out of drone commander range" thing in your save... it seems something broke badly.

I did notice you have a lot of mods active (as the save told me I was missing tons) so you might have run into a conflict.

- Actually, as I am typing this, the "too far from drone commander" just fixed itself in your save lol... still had the game running XD

If I try to scrap a new building it works... that Gym must have gotten stuck in conjunction with the "drone commander range" bug you had.

Factory spire doesn't function. It consumes resources, but doesn't produce goods.

Strange. I don''t really use many of the mods. I have another one of yours, More Outside Buildings, Not as Many Pipe Supports, Drones Fix Leaks Faster, Colonists Can Live Outside Longer, Drones Carry More, Get Back There, and a logo. I'll look into the other mods and see if they're having these issues.
