Yes, this mods (https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1194081262) adds all secondary weapons in utility slot. If you want only pistol, you must change ini file in this mod.

Open file and find this text. Write true for weapons who want you to see in utility slot. Write false for others.

Something to keep in mind is that these classes were designed for Long War 2, and therefore aren't perfectly balanced for WotC. I think someone could make a much more fitting set of classes out of these abilities. For example, LW2 had a big reliance of stealth, but speccing a Shinobi that way in Beta Strike WotC doesn't bring all that much to the table.
