@ spark412, Its not that they didn't feel that it deserved to be included in this round, it fits warframe's aesthetics unlike other skins that stray to far from it, its that it was two mins past the deadline submission date and also didn't have the three pictures needed at the time to review it for round 12, which was the case for it not being included in this batch. it will most likely be included with round 13 since it has the requirments needed.
