Plus, he's tying metal materials to non-metal materials. I never understand why artists want to restrict player customization by making it difficult to color metal parts without having some ugly non-metal parts as a result. It would be better to combine all the metal parts into one tint, and then have the middle part be a secondary color, and then the shoulders and knees be an accent color, like the standard Corpus in the game. The way the skin is now, it would be a pain to find a good color combination for it.

He does not have metals tied to non metals, he has different textured metals and accent metals separated.

Pink and greem are metals and blue and red are non metals.

He has the "pink" tint on both metal and non-metal parts. It's on the bottom of the helmet, the neck, the forearms, the waist, the legs, the shoulders, and the knees. The bottom of the helmet, neck, forearms, and legs are metal. The shoulders and knees are not metal.

Yeah but the only thing in pink that is not metal is the shoulders and knees. Which is fine IMO because it meshes well, it ties in properly.

I think she looks fine. You can't ahve too much clutter or the skin would look like crap. The big red main body suit works with the Corpus design and doesn;t need to be changed. Don't forget that this is themed after them. They don't have multicolored suits with lots of detail.

Thats maybe how you feel/think about it, but in objectiv/design case, it is not true, it will limit your pick of colors, cuz with many color picks you will get totally off with that and it will pop out of the chest it that it will look like unfinished and will limit you at your pick for the big metallic parts. So it is in the end a rly bad design decision. Pls @FrellingHazmot fix that cuz besides that.. this work is amazing, to good to ♥♥♥♥ on such a heavy detail! You can fix it if you are changing the meterial effect of the shoulder part and chest part (thats the important one), or reset/rework the channels.

The first half of what you just said was jibberish and as far as I can tell you're just claiming that the skin is somehow just incorrect just because you think you know everything. What matters is that it is what he wanted to make, but more importantly that plenty of people are more than happy with the way it is. Beyond that he made a post and pinned it explaining that he has reasons for doing it the way he did. At this point I feel your just trolling him. Stop.

I give you that point that he should make it in the first place how he feels, yea.. But the rest of what you are talking is trash, yea it is. You are talking nonsense stuff and it seems like YOU think you are knowing it better. Besides that, I'm working for years in the world of design and art, so pls, don't underrate people that got "maybe" more knowledge than you about stuff like that. From that point it was my knowledge where I put in my objective thoughts about it, that has 0 to do with trolling, wtf. There is no need to swallow down everything that is criticism and only shout out if you think it is totally perfect (what is dumb too because there is no real perfection, it is an unreachable goal). So.. let me give some criticism.
