a slight hat power overlook
My only complaint is that the time hat doesn't slow down the timers. Slowing down time is the point of that hat after all.

It doesn't slow down timers in the base game either except for 6-2.

yah but the base game (assuming you mean deathwish) timers are set to real time and not game time for speed runners
