I tried Advanced Biomes together with Nature is Pretty sweet and rain is flooding the wetlands... I terraformed some marsh/ marschy soil into regular soil and enclosed it with walls and giving my farm light with dubs skylights. After a cold snap it started raining and my indoorfarm is reverting to marsh -.-
I receive this stack when I load up a save on a custom biome with both mods active:
Could not execute post-long-event action. Exception: System.TypeInitializationException: An exception was thrown by the type initializer for ActiveTerrain._TerrainGrid ---> System.MissingMethodException: Method not found: 'Verse.Log.Message'.

Actual results: Manager tab added by colony manager is blank, and unable to be used.
I'm going to try a save with just Colony manager, and a save with just Advanced Biomes, both on the same custom biome I tried previously (Volcano) and I'll let you know what happens.
Example: https://i.imgur.com/hDqOcEv.png Missing the buttons at the top to add jobs to the manager.

I am seeing the same issue. Load order does not seem to have an effect for me as well.
