First one is upstairs in the office room near front gate.
Second one is downstairs on a desk in the office room that has a window looking out to another room with rockets in it

I have both keys, but using the main button that launches won't work.

you need to find the blue, red and green engines and put them into the rocket to launch it

Is it? Is the red one there? Because I don't see it there!

red is in the big room at the entrance on the big crates by the elevator
