You can't instantly tell that this is the Pyro.
I love this set and it looks absolutely amazing but Valve made the classes and choose cosmetics that change the look while still having a silhouette that can't be mistaken for any other class. This set changes the Pyro more than any other set in TF2. It looks awesome and took a lot of effort but it probably won't make it. ( If it did I'd buy the full set in that day because this is amazing)

I'm pretty sure you can easily tell this is a Pyro. For starters, a full gasmask.

The pyro is still recognizable since most of the silhouette is derived from the pose, the gas mask, and the weapon.

Exactly. And the only thing closest to the Pyro's silhouette is the Engie, and I don't recall Engie setting things on fire.
