does anyone know how to start chapter 3? im stuck :(

In Project AHO you need to reload the save before merisa wants to talk to you in the council hall. once she asks you, don't follow her and wait 8 hours. then go directly to her in the council hall and just listen. This should work.If you follow her this does not work.
