Help please
So im on the quest freedom of choice and im at the part where you have to speak to Marisa Verendas but the door outside is locked and shes outside. I have tried waiting and that hasn't worked please help

In Project AHO you need to reload the save before merisa wants to talk to you in the council hall. once she asks you, don't follow her and wait 8 hours. then go directly to her in the council hall and just listen. This should work.If you follow her this does not work. (just reload the save) you should have access to the council hall.
