Doors are invisible

here is the error that needs to be fixed: Error Vertex File for 'props_c17/door01_left.mdl' checksum 972034250 should be 145318345

The doors are invisible for me to, but at one point they weren't. Now they're invisible again. I think it has to do with certain addons not working together or one addon accidentally fixed it.
