you sometimes have to restart the game after subscribing on the workshop. otherwise the steam version can be weird when it comes to integration into CK2 mods. Just get the manual Download from the Forums, it's way more reliable: https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/index.php?threads/after-the-end-fan-fork.1077135/
