Problem when there are two tunnels
Hi, I love this mod, along with the equally great AutoExplore. it's a Godsend, so much QoL improvement, these features should be in the base game!

I've run into an issue in a situation where I have two tunnels:

When I discover a resource that is in the area only accessible via Tunnel B, the automated RC transport goes through Tunnel A instead. When it exits Tunnel A, it gets confused and turns around, entering back into the tunnel. Then it emerges where it started, and again, turns around into the tunnel. This sequence repeats forever (in my test I didn't wait for it to run out of battery to see what it would do).

It does not matter where the rover starts, it could be anywhere except the area that is inaccessible: it always goes through Tunnel A.

However, if I manually tell it to go to the otherwise inaccessible area, it correctly goes through Tunnel B. When it emerges and stops at its destination, it correctly goes towards the resource automatically. When it finishes gathering, it correctly goes through Tunnel B in order to dump the resources (it doesn't get stuck, it recognizes the tunnel is the only way back and uses it). Then it usually goes to recharge its batteries, and when it finishes, the whole thing repeats (it incorrectly goes through Tunnel A).

It's the same thing with the automated RC explorer, but I'm not sure if it tries to return automatically after analyzing an anomaly.

I first built Tunnel A, later Tunnel B. If I had to, I'd guess the automation code correctly identifies the rover has to go through a tunnel to reach its objective, and then it chooses the first tunnel built from a list of accessible tunnels (not the closest one; the one at the top of the list).

The exact scenario I tested was: I built Tunnel A, then scanned a lot of sectors in the inaccessible area, discovering several resources and anomalies, and finally built Tunnel B. The moment tunnel B came into existence, the AutoTransport and AutoExplore rovers got into Tunnel A, started the sequence explained above.

Thanks for the details, I'll try to find the issue with such shortcut tunnels.

I was also having this problem but it seems to be now fixed in my current (same) game. I love this mod.
