Performance with Mod Config
I've discovered that this (and the other auto-rover mods) have significant performance problems if Mod Config is also enabled. Just Mod Config seems to be fine, and just all three auto-rover mods are fine, but together, suddenly drones and rovers stutter like crazy.

Can anyone else replicate? Obviously, it's a shame to have to give up on Mod Config. :)

The mod has been updated with an "Update period" setting you can adjust. Please check if you increase the time the stutter goes away. Also it is quite odd ModConfig, which should do absolutely nothing when not displaying, would cause stutter. Do you have other mods that use scripting?

The other mods I have are InfoBar, Better Resupply, and Better AI. Of these, I suspect only Better AI uses scripting in a way that might have an impact -- but it *seems* okay.

Mod Config by itself, or with these other mods, doesn't seem to have a problem. Anyway, I'll check the update when I get a chance.

Yeah, increasing the Update Period solves the stutter problem. I'd suggest a much higher default (10 seconds) for the rescue rover and for exploring anomalies — with options of up to 30 seconds.
