I hit subscribe but nothing's downloading. I tried re subbing and restarting steam.

That is a Steam issue. I have that issue as well, as do most people. It is downloading, just wait it out. That is all I can say about that one.

On solo the valve room doesn't work correctly and will not open the door for me.

Hold your Use button longer, don't let go too fast. That is a BO3 issue, not our issue =/

I as well am having an issue with the valves, I do hold the Use button until the bar is complete and it stops 'turning' on its own and yet still cannot progress

In the second room after you find the key and the floor opens up my friend fell in and went down...i waited until the last second and fell in but didnt go down...I couldnt go down and was stuck down there.

in the room where you have to find 3 keys and hold f for the locks it does absolutly nothing

After completing the second challenge, the vent would not open no matter how many times I tried holding f and waiting for the bar to fill up. This kept happening and I could not continue.
