Exalt and EXALT missions - plan?
Is there an option to add simple EXALT fighters? I have a template and ideas on how to do this. If possible, can you add at least their ranger? I can motivate 1 dollar)

The most basic task is that they can panic.

PSI exalt - He is able to summon 3 soldiers of the regular army.
Psi panic ability. 3 tier.
Exalt Ranger can use meld (berserk stim, i can give template it). 3 tier.
Exalt Heavy - launch grenade. Supression and holotargeting. Use Adaptive armor (meld). 3 tier.
Regular army. Panic how kill theyr friend. Hunker Down (often). Use XCOM soldier stats. 2 tier.
Exalt sniper - use squadsight and countre attack pistol. Regen Health. 3 tier.
A soldier of the regular army can be dressed in the armor of ADVENT (non advent helment). This would add logic and realism to the game (all ADVENT soldiers can not be hybrids).

Exalt sniper using Meld get +10 crit and +10 defence maybe.
Exalt should not run away using DropShip.
EXALT does not use the meld immediately. To do this they must obtain the damage.

Mission Types:
The RAID on the convoy with MELD.
RAID on the sprayer-ship (meld). On this ship, many EXALT fighters, as well as just the sectoids.
Factory hybridization (producing from human flesh food changing genome). The goal is to turn the rest of the people in ADVENT or LOST. The base is guarded by an advanced version of the bio-berserk: the subject is "Nefas", which uses the reaction of the ruler.
Split: find the EXALT faction. This gives access to 4 heroes EXALT factions.

I'm not sure if you've been informed of this or not, but an EXALT mod for XCOM2 already exists. Its called MOCX, and I think realitymachina is the creator.
