Welp, i translated it to Portuguese (Brazil), but i didn't tested it yet, so there may be some errors. I needed to change some of the texts because it looked weird/non-sense in Portuguese.

Btw, you should fix BASEMENT_UPGRADE_STAIRS_4, it should be "Wide and no arch."

Привет, русский перевод у мода уже есть, ему всего лишь не хватает цитат и подшлифовки. Я заметил, что твой перевод цитат не совсем корректный, но все равно спасибо за старания.
