I can't see the ammo bar when i hold the weapons

how can i play inspect animations like on screenshots?

Opening doors and pressing buttons while holding the m16 and ar2 uses their projectile special, making playing adventure and campaign maps really difficult to mess around with. Perhaps a rebinding is in order?
