You have to unsubscripe the Map here and Delete your Mods folder after this you can join its an Unturned bug...

The server is using a modified version of the map, its my own server, neither I nor anyone else can join while this map is selected. I've tried uninstalling all mods and then installing only tekanov. didn't work

Uninstall everything! This is the only way.
