Enemy troops staying where they are weather there in the middle of the new enclave land
Could we have it where the enemy troops if you do this focus where you can basically when you do the old world rising could it be where they are moved out or just suffer a penalty as it gets annoying to send half you forces to deal with them and as that happens you just get pushed back by the ncr
