Most of the time, when I play the reformers and form the USA, my leader portrait stays the same as it did with the Enclave Reconstruction Authority and my country's color doesn't change to the light-blue of the vanilla USA color.

The only other mod I'm running is the East Coast mod, but AFAIK that shouldn't be interfering with this mod.

It's a minor detail, but I just thought I should point it out. Maybe I'm doing something wrong and it's just the East Coast mod.
