Granite will slowly garner support, and in the anniversary of the vent you get some buffs (though insignificant)

I'd say that it would be wise for them to show their flaws so it won't happen again, and perhaps have an event that describes what the Chosen One did as 'cleansing' the Enclave, and have them be hailed as a hero when Arroyo is annexed, much to their shock.

problem is, arroyo are aggresive
