As the title says. This is a problem because depending what route you did, reformist or purist. You'll constantly get events with supporters speaking out even after the Enclave focuses are done choosing one path or the other. As for demoted, it's just a trait that really shouldn't be there at all. You don't hire fresh generals that are "demoted", a lose of stats over what shouldn't be to begin with.
