Possible bugs with gun runner's black market?
When I've sold outdated equipment to the gun runners only basic melee weapons seem to be accepted, even though other possible items are listed.

And their opinion doesn't seem to be changing from 0

That is part of the OWB mod itself, don't think ERB has anything to do with that function.
