reform path bug: legitimacy replaces air experience counter
I've noticed that at the start of the game the three experience counters are all visible, but once the focus for reform is done, and legitimacy becomes available, then legitimacy replaces the air experience.

Anyone else encountered this? I've tried altering the mod order and re-downloading Enclave Reborn

I have it too but I thought it's a supposed behaviour, like he amount of counters shown is limited or something.

I wouldn't have thought it would be intended. I played an earlier build of ENR, then it broke when the base game was updated, so I set it aside for a while. I'm fairly sure that all three experience counters were visible at all times in that build.

Fortunately, the air experience still accumulates, I've noticed. Can see the available amount when creating aircraft variants
