As the Reformers, I went to war with the Tohono nation and called mexico in so they could get back some of their land, y'know, so I could start to help them get their old territories back and 100% reform mexico. I gave all of the land to them, and then found at the very end of the game that you needed Gila to do the Rocket's Red Glare focus thing, which is in Tohono lands. I don't want to start over, so I just want to use a cheat to make Mexico not a puppet temporarily so they can release Tohono so I can partition it between us. I went into observe mode to play as Mexico and release Tohono, but since they are my puppet they're not allowed to release any territory. I looked up the command to make Mexico independent, but it requires their country tag and I have failed to guess what it is. I couldn't find it anywhere on the internet and I'm pretty bummed that I can't complete the focus. Anyone know what the tag for Mexico is?
