How the power grid fokus work?
i never use the power grid in the reformer path because it pull out the New reno core, and i dont realy use it, even if i conquer all of the NCR, rangers, new vegas, BOS and other nations

You have to install police force to add 1 building slot first
Then you need to have certain amount of compliance in the state first before you build them
After you build those grids, connect to the power network (At least 1 nearby state must be connected to the grid), and that state is cored.
