i created a small submod to add the resource exploitation for purists so they can permanently move resources from lawless wasteland provinces to their capital.

Yes, it is crude.
Yes, it is imbalanced, especially for the late game.
Yes, it could have probably been done better.
Yes, it does not have a title pic.

But it adds a feature that was missing, at least imho. Since it is also mentioned in the focus itself that it should be possible.
