President Granite's happyness
Can we change President Granite's portrait after finishing the focus "Reborn of a nation" to one where he's smiling? Like the one you get after forming the state of Nevada.

I dunno. It seems to me that at that point Granite will have been working himself like an Enclave mule for years, and won't have any realistic prospect of a break until both Caesar's Legion and Santa Anna are defeated.

He gave his life for the nation. He would be remembered as the New Founding Father, the man who revived America and kept it safe from an unstable world.
