Hey, I've chosen the reformer and Nevada state path and took the Vault City segregation system. But I'm stuck at " The State Of Nevada " focus because it requires 25% legitimacy, which I don't have because of the Segregation. I am not sure on how to proceed now. Is there a way to get the events ID so I can trigger some to get the legitimacy I require to continue ?

I think an easy event id would be the legitimacy tutorial, which can give you 5%.

Now that being said, I recommend you to instead of using it, to restart the game instead and go about it in the legitimate way.
Trying to balance everything is part of the fun.
The reformer path is not meat to be easy.

Fact is, I'm near the end of the game, NCR's my Allied, the Legion is shattered into several puppets, Texan's allied. and we're on the verge of victory against the Mexican army. Soooo yeah
