What land doctrine should I choose as Reformers?

OK so I'm playing a Reformer campaign and I am planning to choose "Expand the Definition of Human" I am wondering if I should either stay on the Power Armor Doctrine route or if I should switch to Conventional Warfare, and if I do, should I choose either Mechanized or Trooper Warfare?

The point of the game is for you to decide. It is advisable to have power armor if you can manufacture enough. But you should also consider other strategies. Those can be conventional warfare, but don't have to be.
