I went down the Oppose the Mexican Titans focus, and I created the Mexican Reclamation Zone, so what exactly does this decision do, does it raise support for resistance against Santa Anna. Also, is it something you have to click once and it's done because I've clicked on it at least a dozen times and it's still there and it doesn't seem to have done anything and I'm starting to think that it's bugged.
