Is there a way to play an older version of Old World Blues so the new map doesn't make Enclave Reborn Unplayable?

Manage to make it work with ModDB Legacy Release 4.0.3 you need to unzip to YourUserName/Documents\Paradox Interactive\Hearts of Iron IV\mod and then unzip oldworldblues.mod and reverting Hoi4 to 1.11.13 'Barbarossa" via steam Properties - Beta - select version 1.11.13.

Keep in mind there may be a way to use a more recent version of OldWorldBlues, I only used 4.0.3 because I compared the release date of the Enclave Reborn mod and Old world blues
