Slavery
In the reform tree after changing capital to new reno you get the option to change the slavery laws. Once you hit the option for indentured servitude it then goes right back to slavery outlawed. Anyone know why?

That and slavery is currently disabled in the main mod due to the devs there not finding a satisfaying way to represent Slaves.
