Hey there, i'm trying to figure out if its possible to allow a second person to alter variables that normally only the server owner can access through their f1 menu. Stuff like role frequency, which custom roles are enabled/disabled, punch-o-meter/possession physics etc.

The second person in question here is in charge of a weekly ttt night, but they don't actually own the server itself. Ulx was attempted but apparently the ttt2 ulx addon is deprecated.

Any help at all is appreciated. I'm at the end of my rope here.
