Some comments :
Is there a Skyrim Special Edition version of this mod? I will keep this mod in mind among favorites, IF the mod gets updated and you don't abandon it after graduation.

I hope we ourselves can see the tree and adjust our playing stile accordingly?

(Trader char already mentined by Utter-NonCents on the 13th of May 2 comments below). i'm heavy on trading in both Tess and FallOut games, to the point of having my chars walk over-encumbered or run back & forth between stashed loot and cities.
As i see it, the non-social Thief characters aren't realy incorporated in this system.
In the TESS series i mostly play Spellswords, so i do not realy want quests that emphasise either magician or fighter, i want both types of quests. And while favoring the bow (well, not without mods in Oblivion, obviously) i'll be playing a sniper like any Bow-using player, not a hunter. Sure some of us go hunting once in a while but that just is not the goal of the game, is it?
Why "Blacksmith"? That's the common man village smith. We can not play that, we can play Weapon and/or armor smith. Besides there's no fighter char among your classes. See also last 2 sentences in the alinea below.

Alchemy is an easy & free way to level up and earn money right from the start. Therefore that will be emphasised by many players in the early game stage no matter what kind of char they play.
More or less likewise for weapon smithing and armor smithing, depending on used mods. I use a portable home and just scrap/smelt all i can on the spot. This grants me a lot more smithing mats then i need while also using mods that add scrappable/smeltable items and even give experience for scrapping/smelting. With my mods, smithing even surpasses alchemy in the early game. Otherwise smithing would be mid-to-end-level skills.
Enchanting however will mostly remain reserved for higher levels despite of mods.
However, alchemy, smithing and enchanting are merely supporting any class, be it fighter, mage, thief or a combination there-of. Therefore "Blacksmith" and "hunter" should not be a class in your Desision Tree at all if you keep it on just the mage char as a counterpart.
