Can you please make the 2 armor pngs into one material you can use to make a blank white combine armour for combine soliders

I gave u a mask and the base texture.
It is all you need to make a material.
If you don't have enough photoshop skills , do not bother...

so i have to dowload pngs and use them in photoshop ... well i dont know how and i dont how to put them in the vtf thing . Sorry im a not a modder i only asked if you could make those two pngs into a material . or can you you make both pngs into one and have 3 pngs the chest the pattern and the chest with the pattern then pepole can put emblems anything else you can do it .......
