Black Dragon Ninjas - World State Issues [SPOILER]
I recently took down the Black Dragon Ninjas tower, I had hunted Dimak earlier to get my hands on the Meitou ninja blade, and went back some time later to finish the job with Buzan in order to progress the repair on Hub, but when I went to check on my progress I was told that I still needed to deal with the wounded Black Dragon Ninjas.

I checked with the world state checker in the Waystation and got the following information:

"Black Dragon Ninjas are Okay" is false "Black Dragon Ninjas are not Okay" is false "Dimak is Alive" is false

Is this a known bug? Is there a known fix for this other than importing and resetting the NPCs and world state?

Any help would be appreciated.

You need to take out both leaders of the Black Dragon Ninjas, Dimak and Buzan. You have only taken out one of them.

So "Black Dragon Ninjas are Okay" is false, because both of them are not fine.
"Black Dragon Ninjas are NOT Okay" is false because they aren't both taken down yet.
"Dimak is alive" is false because he's the one you took down.

So it's all working as intended. Buzan should still be at the tower.

I cant find Buzan either. He isnt in the tower or the immediate surrounding area

Can always use the debug spawner at the unusual camp in the northwest (map for sale at waystations if needed).
