Cannibal Plains
A new thread is probably unessecary but the comments seem broken right now. I'm having trouble hunting down all of the cannibal tribes. I'm trying to leave the two hordes for last, but after taking the six villages and waiting for canhead, I can't seem to find any of the remaining eight tribes. Are they raid only like canhead? Or wandering spawns? What am I missing?

Some of the tribes only spawn in certain conditions. Based on world states in other factions. If they haven't spawned, the other tribes will progress the same as if those ones were already dead.

Based on the list you mentioned, I'd guess the only one you're missing so far is the tribe in the Suspicious Lab.

I didn't realise that was a tribe. I'll have to double check I got the chief. Technically I'm still waiting for canhead too, but presumably the hordes are at full power anyways?

Canhead might not trigger. I've been seeing reports of issues in vanilla where the cannibal raids aren't triggering right, given I use the vanilla raids it's likely my factions will be suffering from the same issue.

Not that Canhead has any affects on the major tribal groups, because they're exiles and a significant distance away. If you've got all the others mentioned, then the two main tribes should be at full strength.

Cannibals have been raiding me, but Canhead himself has been taking his time. But either way thats good to hear.
