So I beat the Dust King and his 3 upstart leaders. Killed the upstarts, but I brought Dust King to Stack Inquisitor. Dust King apparently escapes cause I don't see him there, his tower belongs to the Shinobi thieves, and he is still considered alive by world checker standards. Not sure where to check now. Already searched Rebirth as well.
