Has Seto's location changed, I cant find her in admag and stack is still HN territorry, Ive tried importing 3 times

Not by this mod specifically, no. But some mods relocate her and her mother to Squin, so I'd check there too.

Well, don't know what to tell you. This mod doesn't move her. Vanilla will move the HQ to Stack or Bad Teeth, and some mods move it to Squin.

If they're not in any of those locations nor Admag, you've either got some other mod affecting it in a way I've never seen before, or got bugged. Given import doesn't help though, I'd guess mod.
