how do i get the fogmen to take over mongrel?
wanted to play as the most destructive man alive and therefore i want the fogmen to take mongrel but have no idea where to start

There are two methods. Given your destructive desires though, I'd wager you will discover one or both naturally as you go.

Take out Arc, the leader of Mongrel.
Or
Take out the Western Hive Queen.

what happens if you take out all of the fogmen in mongrel it becomes considered "DEAD"
