shek kingdom world states
I've killed/jailed all the important characters from this faction except Bayan, who I missed after kidnapping Esata and Seto.
According to the world checker npc he is still alive, but Admag is ruined and i havent found him in any shek location.
Is there any hidden location for him or do I need to use the npc spawner

No, he doesn't exist after Admag falls. Though if you've taken out Esata already, his status doesn't do anything anyway.

One last question, can I fully erase a faction from the map (by killing all the important characters) or that feature is still being worked on?

It's rare that entire factions get fully 100% eliminated. Usually there will always be some stragglers wandering about. But they'll always be significantly weaker and less organized than before.
