I am trying to wipeout the holy nation. Cullen, Velio and Hadriel are the only leaders that are alive (Thanks World State Checker), and after checking on both of the holy military base, they are all in ruins. Fogmen are roaming the area now with no signs of Cullen and Velio. I have imported twice and have the latest version of the mod and still no luck. The Western Hive Queen is deceased, if that somehow affects the ruination of the holy military base.

Can someone help me out :(
