Some minor issues found in the log after overrides
while not having crashes, i found some weird interactions and i'd like to list:

example of problems on log:

this happens at berserker village. after the override the broken buildings are rebuild, but itens inside are not removed (rubble, itens on the ground like left over planks, fireplaces inside the building, etc).
some weird npc interactions happen which i never had before: npcs fight eachother for no reason. examples being pacifiers and shop guards or shop keepers. some other "double zone files" where listed in a previous log and after deleting them all i only had this one problem showing up:

at which point i moved to the berserker village to find the same problems with deletion of said items in the override.

some other examples were found when moved to the old frontlines:

while ingame, i noticed now shek scouts squadron are more frequent in these regions, some even propping interactions "an outsider, do you know about shek customs?..." etc dialogue.

notes:

i've arrested red sabre, ghost, dust bandit king and tora, only. at some point i believe tora died. other than that, thats the only state.
Im not so sure what issues might keep coming up, all i noticed was the weird behaviour in many cities (fights breaking up out of nowhere in an otherwise peaceful city) or issues like in the override of the berserker village.

This actually has nothing to do with the Berserker village, those errors are the game trying and failing to remove some stray items on the ground at Admag, specifically a fuel, steel bar, and raw stone.

The nest debris in the ruins at the berserker village is not something an override can clear. Nothing I can do about it beyond not use the buildings, or delete it from the ruined versions too.

This is something that can happen in vanilla depending on the factions involved, you see it a lot in UC towns. This mod can make them happen more frequently in new places, as in effect I'm creating new towns with new resident compositions, but it's still a vanilla issue I can't really do anything about.

What faction was the pacifier for? And what town and override was it? That one could be simple faction relation issues, though I tried to be careful about not putting pacifiers in places they could be seen as hostile.

You really shouldn't be doing that. Let the game sort that out on its own. Deleting stuff without a good reason is more likely to just break stuff than help you.

In this case it sounds like you deleted the saved zone data of Admag, so who knows what things you hurt there. At the very least any buildings you may have owned there will be gone, and NPC squads there may have to regenerate, possibly leading to NPC duplication bugs.

These ones are actually at the Berserker Village, though still nothing important, just trying to remove two cups and a dried fish.

This is normal. I spawn extra patrols in the region to help defend the taken village, and that dialog is normal dialog available to those patrols in vanilla.

those were just a few lines i copy and pasted from that. there were more things trying to be deleted and whatnot, but Its good to have such response, that makes it feel like i shouldnt worry much about most things. but the pacifier issues and the frequency where npcs just start a fight outta nowhere is what made me go look through these things after a while.

i may or may not have imported the game at some point and that made tora the boneless be gone altogether, or she died trying to go back to her village since she was naked (after the 200h imprisonment). So fiddling with things and searching i found out imprisioned npcs are gone and the game wont respawn them lol. Other than that, to the pacifier issue:

oddly enough, it was the pacifier in the borderzone waystation where an United City paficier inhabited. Note that when i went in there there were no other hostiles nearby and it was just him vs all the tech hunter guards. in Catun, the same was happening all the time with the ranger shop.
(over 4 times in 4 different reloads).

thankfully i made a backup before deleting said files, and i apologise if i was too extensive.

edit:

btw: this is what made me delete a few files before, i deleted the said ones.
