Regarding a nav mesh
I updated the map a minute ago. I've added AI nodes but I failed to create a nav mesh as my Gmod had crashed while generating it.

If anyone is willing to generate a nav mesh and send me the .nav file that would be appreciated.

Tip Use SOURCE SDK 2007 and put your map file inthe map folder directory
then type map (name) in console
then try and generate the nav mesh, just let your game sit for awhile and then eventually it will generate after an hour or two on a major map

Does this include strider nodes/fastzombie climbing/flying npc nodes?

That was sort of what I did. When I returned the game had crashed.

Ground nodes only.

Well. There are. I'm not sure if it works with gmod. And there's no nav mesh. That could be a reason too.

Trying to auto generate a nav mesh on ANY big massive open map will ALWAYS fail.
You have to do it all by hand.

For anyone interested or anyone subscribed to this thread, the map now has a navmesh.

the ai node placement is bad, it might aswell not exist
