Q: Why do the ships fly up and disapear when they hit the skybox?
A: this is mainly do to how the ai of the ships work, they path to not hit the ground nor skybox so if you are using a low skybox map this will cause problems; Buildings also tend to create some issues if they are near the skybox. If the ships hit the skybox they will disapear, same with the ground.


Q: Will he make ground vehicles next?
A: yes he said he would plan to work on those after he is done, but he does not know how they would work as of now.


Q: Why do the ships not fly?
A: check to see if anything is conflicting with the addon, i dont have a list of addons that will conflict with this so you will have to see for yourself unless one is created.


Q: Why do friendly ships attack other friendly npcs?
A: this is due to the relationships with the npcs, they will not attack npcs under humans+resistance, other addons conflict with the relationship, this may be fixed in the future. IF you really want to change how they behave download a npc relationship tool.


Q: will he add dropships and cruisers?
A: they will be added eventually, this mod is still in beta and is not complete.


Q: how do i support this mod?
A: donations are in the description of the workshop page.


Q: Why does the star fighters fly upwards and then disappear?
A: the ai has trouble navigating small spaces, make sure the map you are using has an open ceiling to it to allow these npcs to navigate around.

Welp... I feel this can be an official faq, well done. However feel free to add a "why does the starfighters climbs and disappears into the skybox", and the answer is "because the ai has trouble navigating in small environments and to try them in large maps with high skybox"

I remember playing a Halo map once with a broken skybox, meaning everything was essentially a hall of mirrors void. I wonder what would happen if you spawn these in that situation?

The dropships seems to not drop troops unless they are damaged or dead...

Firstly, outstanding mod. Really well done, and I'm glad that, contrary to what seems to be popular belief, it isn't dead. 10/10 IGN too much water. However, couple of issues/requests.

Issues:
Idk if this is just me, but the Droid Gunship is a missing texture. Gonna try uninstalling and reinstalling all the mods, see if that works.
The Sentinel Shuttle will occasionally move to land, but instead of landing will bounce off the ground for some reason and resume flying. It does occasionally drop troops, but this is rare.
The U-Wing will occasionally just start flying in circles and not doing anything.

Suggestions:
Maybe add more cruisers, like a Star Destroyer, Mon Calamari Cruiser, Acclamator, Venator, Malevolence, Lucrehulk, etc.
In addition to the ground vehicles, maybe add some other ground stuff. I'm thinking like troop transports, AAA batteries, etc.

Oh, one other thing. The Imperial Command Frigate will make sudden, abrupt rotations. Like, it will be facing one way, then rapidly turn the other. It doesn't interfere with gameplay, but it looks real weird to see this massive ship rotating instantly.

A few appear to be missing textures as well. This includes the ARC170 and the V19

Any other reports of this? hope this helps!
