Mist Forge
I've noticed in the change log it says,
"This will also spawn a new Mist Forge which you can use to craft the new Mist Weapons (sword and bow currently, more coming soon!)" [September 6 , 2014]
I've liberated Dragon Bridge, but no Mist Forge. I have checked Mistwatch also.

Anyone know where it is, or what crafting supplies I need?

It's under the cliff near Riften; it's literally on the edge of the hotsprings (near Lost Tongue Overlook, --> the large gray-brown area)

The Cursed Mist Forge is actually in Dragon Bridge, it's right near the large bridge across the river, i'll do a video of the update soon
